Leading the Way

Under the leadership of our Senior Management Team, we’ve been very busy aligning our infrastructure to position CoPower as the industry leader for ancillary benefits.

Kevin Timone

Kevin Timone, our Senior Vice President of Sales is one of the nation’s top leaders in developing and administering ancillary solutions.

Dan Frey

Dan Frey, our General Manager, brings over 30 years of industry experience and is well-known for his experience in both operations and sales across various market segments.

Jeff Grocky

Jeff Grocky, our Marketing Director has a history of bringing technology and creativity together in a manner that aligns straight-forward brand value with client needs. Look for a new CoPower presence both on the website and in social media in the coming weeks.

Building the Team

Our Regional Sales Manager, Rodney Mattos has worked with large and small employer groups throughout California and Nevada since 2012 and is a highly trusted guide to brokers for ancillary benefit needs. Work with Rodney for sales support and leverage this partnership as an extension of your team to meet ancillary needs.

Customer Success Team

This team offers unrivaled support to your brokers and their groups, and it’s a value-add that we strongly encourage you to communicate to your clients.  Count on the Customer Success Reps to help with group questions, as well as administrative tasks including enrollments, terminations, billing, and more!
