Regional Sales Manager
Rodney Mattos is a Regional Sales Manager who works with brokers to provide proactive service in employee benefits. Rodney is committed to coupling employer groups and insurance brokers in order to streamline administration while simplifying the enrollment process. Rodney has worked with large and small employer groups throughout California and Nevada since 2012 and credits his success in the industry to being a trustworthy guide to brokers in need of an ancillary benefit specialist. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California and credits his public service to carrying out his Jesuit High School motto, “Men for Others.”

Jason Diffenauer is a Sales Account Manager who assists brokers and their teams by providing first-rate support and service in ancillary benefits for their customers. Jason’s objective is making the broker and their needs top priority and equipping them with the proper tools to help them flourish. Jason’s background has been working in underwriting and he excels at guiding the broker along the path of guidelines and success. He understands the importance of efficiency and simplifying the sales process. With his years of experience working in the insurance industry, he has been accustomed to accommodating the customers’ requests but adhering to the insurance industries protocols. “Become the person who would attract the results you seek” – Jim Cathcart, is one of his mottos he lives by and strives for daily.
