As the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to impact our communities and daily lives, we want to assure you that we are monitoring developments very closely and taking action to protect and support our family of partners and employees.
Our team members have been instructed to take increased precautions to ensure they keep themselves and everyone around them healthy. Starting tomorrow, LISI and CoPower team members will be working from home (for a minimum of 14 days) to prevent potential risk. New company guidelines have been established to ensure our employees and clients are supported if quarantine is necessary for themselves or loved ones.
We view maintaining our availability to the broker community, carrier partners, and the companies of California as vital. We will remain open for business while being mindful to take every safety precaution possible.
Recent events are unprecedented. However, we know that access to healthcare is paramount. We understand that the demand for healthcare will not subside and it’s critical that we continue to provide the services and support needed to deliver health insurance. Accordingly, we’re working closely with our carrier partners and vendors to maintain the level of support and communication required during these trying times in our country.
Furthermore, LISI & CoPower Regional Sales Managers, Leadership, and support staff will be leveraging technology to ease concerns and make it easier to continue business as usual with virtual meetings.
